BOOKING ARRANGEMENTS FOR GROUP VISITS

A group must consist of at least 15 people to qualify for group rates.

- A new customer account must be created.

- A non-refundable, non-exchangeable deposit of €100 is required.

- Group leaders must meet their members at the Group Meeting Point (in front of the entrance to Caumont Centre d'Art) 15 minutes before the time indicated on the booking form. The balance of the tickets, depending on the number of participants present, must be paid on site.

Groups will only be allowed access to the Art Centre once the group is complete.

- Length of visit: 1h30

Prices :

- Adult group (15 - 25 people): €13 / person

- Audioguides: €4.50 / person

- Conference headphones (compulsory): €1.50 / person

- Guided tour (1h30) with a guide from Caumont - Centre d'Art: €180

How to book your group tour :

- Choose the date you wish to visit and an available slot

- Book 25 tickets for this time slot. The number of tickets will be adjusted on the day of the visit by the ticket office according to the number of participants present (minimum 15 tickets to be paid for on site).

- Specify whether the tour is self-guided, audio-guided or guided.

- In the case of a guided tour (admission + audiophones), the module will ask you to add the guided tour service (select or not if you would like a guided tour by our services or if you have your own guide).
